  • Job site standards: Floors and work areas are protected. Debris is removed. Old units are hauled away if included in scope.

United Builders guarantees that your window and door installation will be completed to professional workmanship standards, with correct operation, proper sealing, and clean finish work. If you report a covered issue within the coverage period, we will schedule a service visit and correct the problem at no labor cost.

This guarantee applies to issues caused by our installation, including:

  • Windows or doors that do not open, close, or lock properly due to alignment, hardware adjustment, or install-related fit.
  • Seal or weather-tightness concerns caused by installation gaps, missed sealant, or improper shimming.
  • Noticeable rattles, binding, or rubbing caused by install alignment.
  • Interior and exterior finish items that are part of our agreed scope, including trim reattachment or patching where specified in your contract.
  • Cleanup standards and protection measures that do not meet what we outlined for the job.
